Mayim Bialik, the actress who starred as Amy Farrah Fowler in the series Big Bang Theory, along with Madeline Albright, the former US Secretary of State, have stated they are ready to register themselves as Muslims.

This statement comes after US President Donald Trump’s infamous new set of policies that he has implemented in which he temporarily banned immigrants and refugees coming from several Muslim countries.

Both figures have announced that their registration as Muslim citizens serves to stand against Trump’s presidency and the policies he seeks to execute towards the nation.

The Fight Is Ready

Ms Albright tweeted last Wednesday “I stand ready to register as Muslim in #solidarity,” which had was liked by more than tens of thousands of users.

After Ms Albright announced her stance, the Big Bang star later took to twitter and wrote “I’m Jewish. I stand ready to register as a Muslim in #solidarity if it comes to that.”

Ms Albright also stated that she found out her family comes from a Jewish line as well.

Who’s the Real Threat?

Ms Bialik added in her tweet that that if there’s anyone who poses as a threat or a danger to US citizens, then white males should be at the top of the registry.

The tweet continued by saying that this was due to almost all serial killers as well as mass shooters being males who were white.

The controversial ban Trump has called for may probably ban any Syrian refugees from entering the United States, which would undo the policy former President Barack Obama had been carrying out.

Ms Albright stated that “there is no fine print on the Statue of Liberty,” adding that the United States should always keep its nation open towards people of all ethnicities, religions, and races regardless.

However regarding the registry of American Muslims, there has been no sign in this being implemented as of yet.
